What the reviewed source says

Start with the documented condition, not a parts guess.

NHTSA campaign 25V766000 includes certain 2024 to 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe vehicles. Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4XE and 2024-2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. Debris inside the engine may cause engine failure, which can result in a loss of drive power and/or an engine compartment fire. A loss of drive power increases the risk of a crash, and a vehicle fire can increase the risk of injury.

Check the complete VIN before arranging work

Enter the 17-character VIN in NHTSA's recall lookup and ask the manufacturer or an authorised dealer to confirm whether the campaign is open for this vehicle.

Boundary

A year, make and model match does not prove that every vehicle is included. The VIN result controls eligibility.
